When is the RSVP Deadline?
Our RSVP deadline is June 14th, 2026 to ensure we have a guest count for our vendors.
What if I miss the RSVP deadline?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate anybody who did not RSVP for our event. Your RSVP is necessary to communicate a head count with our vendors for food, drinks, seating, etc., so you will be denied entry if you did not RSVP.
PLEASE reach out if you have issues with our RSVP system, we do not know unless you tell us! Communication about whether you will or will not be attending is incredibly important, so please keep us updated on your situation!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to capacity restraints at our venue, we cannot accommodate a plus one for everybody in attendance. We would prefer to keep our event smaller and more intimate, so unless your invite specifically designates that you have been given a plus one (for example, "Your Name + One", or "Your Name + Significant Other"), only the name that is listed on the invite is able to attend. Any uninvited guests will be immediately removed from the event.
Can I bring my children?
While we love your little ones, please refrain from bringing them to this event. Due to capacity restraints, we are only able to invite children that are close to the bride and groom to this event, and they will be listed on invitations if they are able to attend. (For example, all names listed, or "The (Last name) Family")
Where should I park once I get to the venue?
Our event is held at Waldenwoods Event Center, which is very organized and has signs everywhere! When you arrive, you will stop at a booth and speak to an employee who will give you directions to our specific venue (which is close to the entrance). Once you get to Cromaine Hall, there is a large parking lot with room to accommodate everyone. There are handicap accessible parking spots near the doors, please save these for our family and friends with mobility issues as well as our vendors with lots of equipment to carry in and set up!
Will the wedding be indoors?
Our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather pending. This is a mid-July event, so be prepared for any weather. Our reception will be held indoors with availability to access the gorgeous outdoor lawn area.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Our doors will open 1 hour before the ceremony, we suggest arriving no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony. We will not be allowing late guests into the ceremony as to respect this monumental moment.
Can I take photos and videos?
During the ceremony: Please refrain from taking any photos and/or videos. We will have professionals taking pictures and videos, which we will post and/or send to anyone interested. We are having a phone-free ceremony, so phones, cameras, and any other recording or picture-taking devices are STRICTLY prohibited.
Reception: Feel free to take pictures and videos as memories! We will still have professionals taking pictures, but we would love for you to have and create your own memories of our event. Feel free to share anything with us as well, as we would love to be able to cherish this day with you! We will be sharing our pictures with you as well.
What colors should I avoid wearing?
Please avoid any form of white out of respect for the bride, along with black due to the nature of this event. Our color scheme is pastels, and our bridesmaids will be wearing different colored dresses, so there is no worry about accidentally wearing the same color as all of the bridal party. If you are wearing a top and pants, you may wear black pants, but please try to lean into the lighter, more summery colors on top. Please refrain from jeans, sweatpants, sweatshirts, and sneakers.
See the dress code tab, we have listed our suggestions there!
Will I need to travel to get to the reception venue?
No! Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Waldenwoods Banquet Center, Cromaine Hall, so there is no need to travel between venues.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We will include a section within the RSVP questionnaire to let us know about any allergies/dietary restrictions. We will do our best to accommodate your diets, though, we will have a limited menu selection so please reach out if you have any other questions!
Am I required to stay at the reserved hotel block?
No, you are not required to stay within our reserved hotel block, although our block is held at reduced rates for our wedding weekend. You also can stay for longer than our block is reserved if necessary, but the rate will not be reduced for any days outside of 7/18-7/20.
Will there be easily accessed restrooms?
Yes, there are many restrooms at this venue with capacity for lots of guests. There are accessible restrooms on the first floor of the hall, along with full restrooms on the second floor.
Please feel free to reach out to us at benandbrywedding@gmail.com with any questions you may have! We will be frequently updating the Q+A section, so check back every once in a while to stay up to date!
